Today, I was invited to Agile Leadership Conference 2025 to give a talk on OKR from a leadership perspective. You can view my slides here.

Essential points:

  • Start big and begin with the end in mind – people tend to think work-oriented when looking at shorter time frames
  • Don’t limit yourself by structure or thought patterns people like me would like to impose on your OKR system.
  • The fewer objectives, the more impact, focus and efficiency.
  • Leaders are responsible to take hard decisions and to enable decision making.
  • It takes leadership for OKR to truly work.

Would you like me to speak to your (leadership) team? Drop me a message!
